· order number;

· email address used for the purchase;

· description of the issue;

· any useful photographs or documents;

· requested solution, where applicable.

3. HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS

4. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a complaint is not resolved directly, the consumer may, where applicable, refer to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent according to Italian and European law.

5. RIGHT TO APPEAL TO JUDICIAL AUTHORITY
