We only deliver in Italy.

At the moment we do not ship to other countries.

For orders under €150, a fixed shipping cost of €15 applies.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days from payment confirmation.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After shipping, delivery is normally expected within 3–5 working days.

The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 4–8 working days.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

Orders can be entrusted to DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other professional couriers selected based on the product and destination.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive a code or link to monitor the delivery status, when available.

Payments are processed through J-Pay using the procedure available during checkout.

The prices published on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated as permitted by current legislation.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can request the cancellation of an order before shipping by promptly writing to info@edilclimaabruzzo.com.

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders already prepared or entrusted to the courier.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you purchase as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

WHO PAYS THE COST OF RETURN?

The direct cost of return is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming product.

For bulky products or those that cannot be returned via normal postal service, the cost of return may be higher than that of ordinary shipping.
